最近一直在循环播放刚认识时你送我木马的专辑，这张CD早已满是划痕，时不时就会跳针，卡顿。那张拍摄于民政局结婚时的合影，照片已经褪色，我们的影像也正在慢慢的消失。重新整理了我们20多年以来的照片，尘封的记忆也随着底片袋和硬盘一起被打开，时间过得很快，甚至有点措不及防。在一个早已不用的硬盘深处看到了2003年我们的第一张合影，也看到了那张2016年为一个决定而拍但还没扫描的底片。就这样吧，用这两张照片当作开始和结尾，让回忆消失在回忆中，就像影像消失在影像中。
Lately I’ve had the Muma album you gave me when we first met on repeat. The CD has long been covered in scratches, and every now and then it skips and stutters. That photo of us taken at the Civil Affairs Bureau when we got married has faded, and our images are slowly disappearing too. I went through our photos from more than 20 years again, and the dust-covered memories opened up along with the negative sleeves and hard drives. Time passes so quickly—so quickly it catches me off guard. Deep in a hard drive I no longer use, I saw our first photo together from 2003, and also that negative from 2016, taken for a decision but not yet scanned. So let it be. Let these two photos serve as the beginning and the end; let memories disappear into memories, just as images disappear into images.
